The registration fee of 1650 € includes the PIV Book 3rd edition, a download-link to the PIV Course material and to the proceedings of the PIV'25 symposium, lunch, coffee-breaks and the PIV Course Dinner on Thursday. For payments received before January 31, 2026, a reduced registration fee of 1550 € applies.

The course fee must be paid in advance. DLR reserves the right to cancel the participant's place if payment is not received by 1^st of March 2026.

Payments are to be made by bank transfer.

A cancelation fee of 350 € will be charged from registered persons who cancel their participation after March 1, 2026.

The fee for participation is free of VAT as far as the German Umsatzsteuergesetz (UStG) is concerned.
